  • Arrow Telephone Dispatching Service offers taxi service to all areas within the City of White Plains. We also offer taxi service outside of White Plains maintaining the fare starts or ends in the City of White Plains.
  • All calls in Arrow Telephone Dispatching Service company are answered by experienced dispatchers with all having more than 2 years of experience working with our company. Dispatchers at Arrow Telephone Dispatching Service are also assisted by an automated taxi dispatching software that will help route calls to the nearest driver available.
  • We have taxis using the Square Register app to process credit cards . If a driver does not have a credit card reader, our base will gladly take a payment with our Square register account over the phone as long as the customer has a credit card present in the vehicle.
